This is very unlikely to occur.

The aim of dosing swimming pool water with chlorine is to achieve a ‘free chloride residual’ of approximately 1ppm.  Even with a heavy bathing load the dosage is unlikely to exceed 5ppm, far lower than seawater. The Atlantic sea for example, has a typical chloride content of 18,000 ppm, whilst the Mediterranean sea has a typical chloride content of 21,000 ppm.
