Concrete Society Northern Ireland are running a joint event with IStructE that will focus on a case study of the Northern Ireland Award winning project -Guildford Crescent.

In June 2025 Creagh Concrete completed the construction of a 30 storey precast apartment building in central Cardiff. Creagh’s Adrian Oliva Munoz and Mark Magill will discuss the design principles, off-site manufacturing process and construction methodology used to build the structure in 36 weeks.

Mark Magill is the Engineering Director at Creagh Concrete Products Ltd. Mark has more than 25 years’ experience in the field of engineering, from a hands-on role as a graduate engineer to his current position. He has been with Creagh for over 20 years, giving him extensive experience in precast concrete design, manufacture, and construction. He holds bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering & civil engineering and is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland.

Adrián Oliva Muñoz is a Principal Structural Engineer at Creagh Concrete Products Ltd and has been with the company for 6 years. Adrián has over 10 years’ experience in the European construction industry. He has studied in Spain and Poland on his way to an MEng in Structural Engineering and becoming a Chartered Engineer with the IStructE; he has worked in Spain, Poland, UK, Ireland and Sweden. This background has given him the tools and experience to adapt to different working environments, design codes, and approaches.
