The next instalment of our Members Only Lunch & Learn series will be hosted by CSC Robotic and Beton Bauen.

Robotics and automation are beginning to transform how concrete-related work is delivered, particularly repetitive, hazardous and labour-intensive activities such as drilling, coring and anchor installation.

This presentation will explore the latest developments in construction robotics and demonstrate how automated systems can improve productivity, accuracy, safety and quality assurance. Using practical examples, we will examine where the technology is already delivering value, the barriers currently limiting wider adoption, and what contractors should consider when assessing return on investment.

The session will also discuss how accessible rental models, operator training and integration with digital construction workflows could help move robotics from isolated trials into business-as-usual site operations.
