Summary
This afternoon Technical Seminar aims to provide guidance on the practical and theoretical aspects of preventing damage to concrete during cold weather conditions.
The event is designed to offer an insight for engineers, supervisors, students and technicians with the focus upon realistic site preventative measures for concreting in cold weather. It covers both early age overnight ‘frost’ and long term ‘freeze-thaw’ damage mechanisms.
The day begins with the room opening at 12:45pm for a 1:00pm start and will close at approximately 4:00pm with short breaks between sessions. Joining instructions will be provided on confirmation.
